1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Bettinardi x Eagle Rare Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bourbon Dudez LLC, located at 26122 Highland Dr, Channahon, IL 60410, United States ("Sponsor").
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household of each such individual are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on Sunday, July 21, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on Monday, September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the entry form available at this website. Limit one entry method per person. Multiple entries by the same person may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, late, or misdirected are void and will not be accepted.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a Limited Edition Bettinardi x Eagle Rare Putter – #22 of 24. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1250. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
7. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
The winner of the prize, valued at $1,250, is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and will be required to complete and submit a valid IRS Form 1099-MISC as a condition of receiving the prize.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about Tuesday, October 1, 2025. The potential winner will be notified by email or social media within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, an alternate winner may be selected. The drawing will be conducted live and publicly viewable via Facebook Live in a secure, impartial, and professionally administered manner consistent with industry-standard sweepstakes practices to ensure transparency.
Entry Information:
- Each entry submitted will be assigned a unique, randomly generated 9-digit ticket number.
- Paid entries receive multiple ticket numbers based on the selected tier (e.g., 10 entries = 10 unique ticket numbers).
- Free entry submissions receive 1 unique ticket number.
- All ticket numbers are randomly generated and will be sent to the email address provided 48 hours before the live drawing.
- These numbers will be used in the live drawing, which will take place on Facebook Live.
- A link to the Facebook Live event will be emailed to all participants 1 week before the drawing.
9. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bourbon Dudez LLC, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
12. DISPUTES
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Entrants agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Will County, Illinois.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the collection and use of their information as described herein. All data collected is securely stored and protected under Google Cloud standards, which are compliant with major privacy and data security regulations.
